Honestly the best place ever!! We’ve been going to MISU for years and now we go to Nolitas. The inside is beautiful and I like not having to order at the actual food truck. You can order inside, take a seat, and then a buzzer will tell you when it’s ready. Multiple times I saw the cashier and owner go and grab peoples orders for them so they didn’t have to go inside. The owners care so much about what the customers think and you can tell they have so much passion for what they do. Rate: 100000000000/10

The ambience and environment were welcoming and family friendly! I ordered the misu melt burger! Easily the best burger I ever had. It wasn’t greasy at all! It was juicy and flavorful! The ice cream was delicious as well, my favorite was the tiramisu ice cream! Will definitely be back!

My family and I stopped in after wanting to try them for a while. Although I was bummed they weren't serving the Misu menu, but rather the Fritos chicken shop menu (my own fault, it's listed on their website), I was not disappointed! The sandwiches were absolutely amazing and very filling. Our children devoured the chicken strips and loved the secret sauce. Awesome place great services and spectacular food. Can't wait to return for a burger.

My husband and I live approximately 2 1/2 hours away and have driven to Pensacola just to eat here on more than one occasion. Everything is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. You can tell a lot of time, effort, and thought go into each menu item. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff. I even noticed today how well they navigated asking customers to observe basic etiquette (large groups camping when only one person made a purchase, or parents letting their kids play with and break wall-mounted decor). They handled each situation with a grace and poise that are rarely seen in customer service. We will continue to frequent their business and recommend them as often as we can.

Imagine all the food you like on a burger, and it actually tasting as amazing as you think it should taste. Now double that! Alden and crew made these dreams a reality for me and my wife on our 20th anniversary trip to P’cola area. The Mi Su Melt and the Pickle De Gallo were exactly what we travelled 700 miles for. The Corn Ribs and the Hot Tots are an unmistakable necessary addition. GET EN MAH BELLEEEHHHYY!!!!

Absolutely the best smash burgers in town!! I mean from the seasoning to the size, you seriously get it all! The food is cooked to order and well worth the wait! Solid 10/10! I ordered the El Grande burger with the loaded fries and I definitely chose right! The secret sauce is really good and the fried were really good as well

@misu_streetfood : Smash Burgers & Spiritual Awakenings I don’t know what Mi Su is short for, but after this meal, I’m pretty sure it stands for Mind-blowingly Succulent Unholy-deliciousness. Let’s start with the smash burgers. These things weren’t just burgers - they were culinary uppercuts. The patties were so perfectly smashed and seared that I half-expected Gordon Ramsay to burst out of the food truck and start yelling compliments at me. And the sauces? Unique. Bold. Mysterious. I don’t know what was in them, but if they bottled it, I’d cancel my skincare routine and just bathe in that sauce. Then came the corn ribs - which, yes, are somehow both “corn” and “ribs” and taste like elote took a trip to Flavor Bootcamp and came back shredded. Each bite was like biting into sunshine and Mexican street magic. Tater tots? No. These were tiny fried ambassadors of joy, dusted in a spicy-but-not-too-spicy seasoning that whispered “I love you” with every crunchy bite. And just when I thought I was done, they hit me with soft serve specials like the Peanut Butter Pie Sundae, which should come with a seatbelt and a therapist. And the cookie a la mode? Lord have mercy. A warm cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped mascarpone. It didn’t just melt in my mouth - it emotionally supported me. I’m not saying I cried, but if someone had handed me a tissue, I wouldn’t have questioned it. Even our three-year-old lost her tiny mind - double-fisting tater tots like she was training for a snack-based Olympic event and yelling “MINE” every time she thought we dare go near her dessert. Also.. when a toddler eats something and doesn’t ask for ketchup? That’s a five-star review in and of itself. Final verdict: Mi Su isn’t a meal. It’s a full-on edible hug from the universe. I went in hungry and left a better person. 11/10. Would abandon my life’s goals for another bite.

MI SU has easily become one of my favorite food trucks in Pensacola! I had been wanting to try their Macha Fries for weeks and finally made my way over to Odd Colony! Atmosphere: Located in the back of Odd Colony, the truck is parked next to a seating area that is a little more hidden in the brewery than the front area that is by the street. The lights are dim inside and the space looks like a high ceiling parking garage. Service: You can order at the register or scan the QR code if you don’t want to wait in line! The food takes a little bit of time to prepare as it’s typically busy! Menu items: I got their Macha Fries (I’m in love!) and their MI SU Melt (double patty, of course)! I will be dreaming about those fries, and their smash burger is officially in my top 3 in Pensacola! I look forward to coming back to try more menu items and have already recommended the food to others!
